The process itself was quite straightforward: the first interview with the CRM marketing manager, followed by completing two tasks and presenting them during the second and final interview. However, my problem is with communication with a very unprofessional recruiter. Despite spending a considerable amount of time preparing for the interviews and completing the tasks, I did not receive any response, even a simple notification that they had chosen a different candidate would have been appreciated.
One week after the final interview (this happened on November 23rd) I followed up, inquiring about feedback and expressing my continued interest in the role. Unfortunately, I have not received any reply as of today.
It is disheartening that individuals with such unprofessionalism are assigned to handle hiring processes. This lack of communication is not only extremely disappointing but also a letdown to candidates who invested time and effort in the application process, only to be ignored in this manner.
