I got a call the night before interviews were being performed. I arrived at the shop and the recruiter then took me to a local restaurant where the regional manager, recruiter, & store manager could interview me. They reviewed my resume and asked questions about each employment experience. They also asked about my strengths and weaknesses. We spent 45 minutes discussing what the atmosphere was of The Fudgery and what I was looking for. The recruiter was super excited and impressed with my interview and didn't hide that. I was sure that I was going to get a call back and I did. The interview process was great, what happened afterwards... well that's another story.
