Phone interview followed by a day at the institute. About 6 people were on the call during the initial interview and asked various questions like: can you explain "point number 1" on the resume?

I did a phone interview about my programming experience and research. I then talked with most of the lab members about the same sorts of things, and I gave a presentation on a software tool relating to their research. I also took a programming quiz. I only met briefly with the PI.
