Interview process is a waiting game for only being talked to less than twenty minutes and is about three meetings spanning over a month. I’ve interviewed multiple times up until I would assume be offered a position only to never hear from anyone.

At first I was pretty impressed by their process. First I had a 10 minute interview. They wanted to know about my character and values. I passed that and had a 20 minute interview I think the next day. They asked more in depth character questions and about work experience. I passed that. They offered to send someone to my salon for a haircut. Very impressed by this. They paid for it and everything. Then I waited and waited but never heard back from them. Waiting to hear back from a job is agonizing especially if you really think you have a shot. After 2 weeks of holding my breath, I just figured they weren't ever going to call and they never did. They should have had the decency to just send me a we don't want you kind of email, to put me out of my misery, but instead I was just ghosted.
