First round through an AI platform, video questions. Less than 30 minutes. Afterwards, came a meeting with HR/recruiter, it was online through zoom. Very friendly, chatted about the position, the culture, previous experience. Afterwards connected with a coordinator to schedule an interview in person. There was then an in person meeting with two coordinators at the Gersh offices. Pretty fast process.

Just not professional. No one really responds back to emails. Honestly just a really unreliable HR team is in charge of recruiting and I will not apply again, I was actually disappointed and discouraged with their company.
