The process began with submitting my application online, which was straightforward. I heard back within a week, which was impressive. The recruiter sent me an email with details about the role and scheduled a quick introductory call to discuss my background and expectations.

The interview process was fairly straightforward. I submitted my creative portfolio and then I had to work on an assignment. Then the interview happened. The interviewer asked the most basic of questions and that very evening I got the job. The interview wasn't a problem. But the recruiter who was coordinating was really a psychopath. I had to decline the offer due to some unforeseen circumstances and when I told her I was declining the offer, she said that rejecting Glitch meant getting banned from all the WPP companies. Which was, blatantly false. I am wondering why all the Glitch recruiters are not in jail currently for perpetrating this absolutely psychotic lie. I have nothing against the company, but that recruiter was horrendous and she made Lord Voldemort look like a playground bully.
