I had a first round interview scheduled that I thought went well. Did a second round, got completely ghosted. I would have appreciated some sort of response back. Hopefully they are more understanding of peoples time.

Both interviews were conducted over either phone call or MS teams. Very cordial and personable experience. Expect some non traditional interview questions such as current events, books you’re reading and 3 year vision and goals.
