It was very relaxed. They want to know your experience and professionalism when they speak to you. they want to know what you expect when it comes to pay. They need to know your state qualifications to be in a classroom.

Whats a difficult time that you had dealing with a child and what did you do?
I replied to the ad on Indeed for the position and heard, within a few days, from Goddard via email. I interviewed via Zoom though heard through the grapevine that a lot of interviews were conducted in-person.

Fairly easy and quick. Tour of building was provided. I applied when I got there and talked with multiple administrators about the job, pay, benefits, schedule, etc. Interviewed with the owner and director.

you go into two classrooms and interact with the kids. you stay for about 10 minutes in each room, then fill out paperwork after. they called about a week later.
