Steps like Pre hire screening to direct interviews and classroom working interview and receiving offer letter and immediate hire was offered and was pretty much good experience and after interviews followed up with emails to quick replies.
I got asked a variety of situational questions and about my experience before being given a tour of the facilities. It was very standard and I felt comfortable talking about everything, I got a few details about benefits and perks.

Entrevista
It was about an hour with a lot of in depth questions that you have to kind of be prepared for. Also I didn’t originally interview for lead teacher but they offered me that job title which is a step down from what I was interviewing for.
