I submitted my application on Indeed and got a phone call from the director the next day. Then, I was interviewed by the principal two days later. The principal only cares how soon I can start to work for them and offered a generous compensation on the phone.

I got asked a variety of situational questions and about my experience before being given a tour of the facilities. It was very standard and I felt comfortable talking about everything, I got a few details about benefits and perks.

Entrevista
It was about an hour with a lot of in depth questions that you have to kind of be prepared for. Also I didn’t originally interview for lead teacher but they offered me that job title which is a step down from what I was interviewing for.
