I had several telephone interviews before coming to London for the final interview. The phone interviews were long and really got to know the company and what they stood for their values were really good.

Phone screening initially after being called and put forward by a recruitment agency. Company got in touch at exactly the time arranged for phone interview. This lasted around 45-60 minutes., face to face interview as 1:1 on initial arrival and then a panel process with senior staff. I was interviewed within 7 days of the phone screening.
