Entrevista
I was contacted via text message by Courtney saying that she was interested in setting up a phone screen and to call her. I phoned and left a message. Courtney sent me another text and inquired if I was available for a phone interview on 6/22 at 1pm. I responded that I was available and thanked her. On 6/22 she did not call. So after about 5 minutes I called her thinking maybe I was supposed to call her. It went to voice mail. So I left a message and sent a text as well thinking something unexpected must have come up. She never called or texted me back to apologize or anything. This is very unprofessional and not a good way to treat a candidate.

The interview process was thorough and very straightforward. It is a three-round interview. I was very satisfied with the interview process. They do a great job of explaining what will be required of you should you choose to work there. I highly recommend!

Phone interview, then two more interviews in the store, one of which was 1.5 hours from me. It's very cumbersome. They also sent me a hiring packet, told me "welcome aboard!" and to write down a start date. After that, I got an email saying "they moved forward with another candidate and thank you for your interest". I wrote them back letting them know how incompetent they are, as well as this is a very cumbersome hiring process. Also, I got the placatory, "we'll keep you in mind if something else comes up". In my response, I said to lose my file and I will gladly never do business with them again.
The negative reviews from employees are correct. Clearly I dodged a bullet.
