Effective performance evaluation is crucial for continuous improvement and achieving organizational goals. Additionally, when I asked about the strategic vision for the role, I was directed to existing online materials without further elaboration. While GFI's public resources are informative, I anticipated a more personalized discussion on how the role contributes to the organization's evolving strategy.
