A group interview with initial self introductions and then given tasks to finish together, one of the tasks was to prepare a list for new pet owners and present it.

I applied online. Then received an email for group interview after like 15 days. Because of only few candidates showed up, they decided to take one-one interview .it was with store manager and the operation manager. They asked me only 4 to 5 questions. More like a casual chat. They end up hiring everyone.
