Started with a phone interview then a quick turnaround for an in person. We met and I thought everything went really well. Great conversation, great questions- at the very least a pleasant experience. The hiring manager was a tad unfriendly but that can be chalked up to personality. They walked me out and never said another word to me. They sent an email letting me know they decided to pursue other candidates which is fine but when I asked for some feedback- no response again. I think for a mental health agency, this is poor and insulting communication.
