Made it through 4 stages of 5 of the process. It was long running across 2 months.
Discovery call > Recruiting Interview > Web3 Culture Fit > Company Fit
Each was vague and seemed rather random. Questions not prepared, and the final interview I was told was going to be company knowledge, but I wasn't asked any questions on the Graph.
After being rejected I received a generic rejection, and once I sought feedback for my time, it they 'don't give specific feedback generally'.
Really poor experience from a company who claims to be transparent and fair. 5 stages over 2 months seems to point to a team who have an inability to make a decision.

interview experience could be better. Felt uncomfortable to share my experience and feedback took a very long time. Salary and benefits are great though. I also think they have a very capable product team

An interview with a Product Engineer, Support Manager then a Developer.
The interviews with the Product Engineer and Support Manager went extremely well. The first interview consisted of an intro call to find out my understanding of web3 and the project as a whole. I was given resources to read through and also provided with an overview of what the project is.
The second interview with the Support Manager went extremely well in that he mentioned that the project is ever-evolving and there are definitely aspects of web3 that he did not fully understand but he was grateful for the opportunity to gain invaluable knowledge into a project that is going to shake things up in the next few years.
Everything went well until my interview with the developer. I was provided with the incorrect meeting link, which I advised the recruiter I was working with immediately upon start of the meeting. The developer reached out to me directly and provided me with a new link to access. Upon entering the meeting, there was an immediate impatient attitude that I was met with. After providing my qualifications, I was not asked any questions about my previous job experience - only what I knew about web3 and an almost type of scolding due to not knowing the ins and outs of ALL that web3 is and has to offer. I was advised that while I had a wonderful attitude, I needed to do more research into the company and what they have to offer before proceeding. It was very demeaning and I could tell the there was no interest in anything that I had done previously or my potential.
Learning on the job is not something that they are looking for and it is not a good fit for either party.
The recruiter reached back out asking if I was "ready" to move forward. I advised of the condescending attitude of the developer and did not hear back. I have a feeling this company would be a nightmare to work for.
