I applied through online and complete process took 3 days.starting with aptitude like any other company. Then operations round with medium level of questions and quite interesting Final was hr with general question.overall it was nice experience.I hardly prepared for 1 week .Also the interview process was smooth

Entrevista

I applied online - got a call to talk about the job - and then they scheduled a phone interview. I talked to one of the hiring managers (I'm guessing) and then their HR department scheduled an interview in their Beavercreek office. After that was done it was about a week or so before I heard back with an offer.

Entrevista

Really a people skills interview. They wanted to make sure I could properly represent their company at the client site. The technical questions came at the client interview. Their clients are primarily State and Federal agencies, at least in the Ohio market.
