Just an initial chat with the head of change, I felt they were not serious about getting someone with public sector experience because some delivery elements I spoke about and are implemented in the public sector projects didn't seem to ring the bell for the interviewer. I wasn't sure he asked the right question to get the right answers, so I was judged that I don't know about agile when I wasn't asked a specific question about agile project philosophy, I was asked if I worked on projects with Agile or Waterfall but not to elaborate on how I utilised Agile in those project for example.
