I have applied on New Year's Eve and was actually interviewed only 2 months after. I did not get any confirmation email and actually forgot what position I had applied for when the interview time had come. The interviewer was very friendly.

The interview with HR and line manager was fun and relaxed. It sounded like a conversation rather than an interview. I knew about the interviewers almost as much as they knew about me during the interview. There were a few questions on technical stuff but not much, quite easy and straightforward.
