Entrevista
I was not selected for the role, which is fine. However, they did not communicate with me afterwards which was rude in my opinion.
The interview process was not difficult. Standard questions.

Entrevista
The employees are Hanover are all very welcoming and didn't drill you with questions. In fact, they didn't use the question sheets most interviewers did, but turned it into a conversation. On the second interview I was shown exactly what the job consists of and got a better view of what i was applying for. Everyone was so nice and made it much more comfortable.

A lot of the questions centered around giving specific examples of customer service difficulties/successes, etc.
