I applied online. And the interview process starts with HR phone screening you. HR was very nice yet professional. The questions were behavioral and resume-based. Very pleasant experience and a good company.

This was an internal interview since I work in a different department. Interview schedule provided, HR lady seemed nice. Until she never responded to any of us interviewees about the position. I know i didn't get the job but I still email her asking because she just ghosted us. Absolutely awful process. Get better talent for internal representation.
