I had 3 total interviews. First was a video interview with recruiter with basic questions about my background and experience. I then had a 2nd interview with 2 managers where they asked me more in depth questions about background and experience, and several STAR questions which was one week after initial interview. Very same day I got an email for recruiter asking for a final interview the very next day. Final interview was with hiring manager and very similar to the prior one, except they were just confirming my experience and knowledge.
They offered me the position very next day, which I accepted, however one week later when I answered the background questions and confirmed I was terminated from previous employer which was because I had to relocate to another area for my wife’s job, I literally was called 10 minutes later and the recruiter advised they were rescinding their offer and could not provide an explanation. It was obviously very disappointing and it was frustrating they could not provide any explanation as to why:
