Pleasant and well organized. Started with a phone interview from HR recruiter and then a few in person interviews with folks within the company from different functional departments. Overall was a well run process.

Interview for officer level includes a 2 day "hokus pokus" interview / shrink exam with a PHD. Absolutely ridiculous. Amazing that they spend so much money - as it obviously doesn't work.
