Onsite interview later in the week with hiring manager and another manager on conference call. 3part interview. #1 questions about computer skills( what is tab key,shortcut functions,Internet searches) #2medical scenarios( based on people filing short term disability claims, ex broken leg what would you expect, contributing factors, physical limitations. Other examples were gestational diabetes, panic attacks, diverticulitis..they also wanted to know what mess you would expect them to be taking. #3 behavioral questions, list examples of the following and how you handled...disagreement with coworker, criticism from manager, placed in a difficult situation at work,and interestingly how you handled praise from peer/ supervisor. Interview took apx 1 hour.
