I applied for this position 06/25. Did a fairly hard assessment. Got an interview on 07/08. Interviewed by two people and lasted 45 minutes. Was asked about my background and why I wanted this position. They even asked what did I know about the company and I gave all good responses. At the end of the interview one of the interviewers said I would definitely get feedback. I called to follow up a week later with the recruiter and was told they were going to let me know as soon as they hear something. Two weeks later no response. I follow up again (an entire month later) just for the recruiter to say they were pleased with my interview but they hired someone who had more closer experience. Big waste of time

The interview went well with the hiring manager. She was very professional and great to talk to. The interview consisted of lots of situational questions and behavioral questions. Make sure to be ready to give great answers.

Initial online word interview that asks you to describe why you want to work here and where do you see yourself in the next few years, recruiter interview easier than the next interview helps if can build rapport with recruiter, and manager interview depending on level of position harder than recruiter interview depends on who you get for the interview may have 1-2 people at the same time.

Entrevista
After quite a few days after applying online I spoke with a Recruiter. Then about a week later I interviewed through video with 2 managers. Went fairly well. I then got a phone call quite a few weeks later from the recruiter that they hired someone else. This whole process took about a month. Luckily I gave up on them quickly. I’m not interested in working in a bureaucracy. They weren’t worth the commute either. I think they wanted someone with little experience and who would work cheap for them. Good luck training that person.
