Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela The Hartford (Overland Park, KS) em jan. de 2014
Entrevista
You will be interviewed by 2 managers, asking the usual questions. Your experience doesn't matter here, so don't be concerned about that. The Hartford does not make use of the talents of it's employees. You could come in with an MBA and be treated the same as someone whose only job experience is in fast food. You will be told about the opportunities for advancement, the bonuses and Hartford integrity. Ask specific questions about those opportunities. What determines bonuses? Can you lose them after you've earned them? Can they be withheld arbitrarily? Ask tough questions. The lack of answers may surprise you. Proceed with caution.

Initial online word interview that asks you to describe why you want to work here and where do you see yourself in the next few years, recruiter interview easier than the next interview helps if can build rapport with recruiter, and manager interview depending on level of position harder than recruiter interview depends on who you get for the interview may have 1-2 people at the same time.

After quite a few days after applying online I spoke with a Recruiter. Then about a week later I interviewed through video with 2 managers. Went fairly well. I then got a phone call quite a few weeks later from the recruiter that they hired someone else. This whole process took about a month. Luckily I gave up on them quickly. I’m not interested in working in a bureaucracy. They weren’t worth the commute either. I think they wanted someone with little experience and who would work cheap for them. Good luck training that person.
