friendly fun and open, I interviewed twice with multiple managers in a group setting and one on one. I was able to ask questions and each hone discussed different things about the company. we discussed desired schedule, pay plan and things like that. standard questions were asked.

Answered ad and went thru a detailed 2 step interview. First with the dealership and then with the Corporate BDC GM. Both were professional and stress process, process, process... OK I get it but at least they were straight forward about it. Questions were not typical interview stuff a bit more interesting and made you think. I got the feeling that they had a job to fill but also that they wanted the right person. Mentioned through drug testing and drivers licence review so just a heads up.
