I applied for the position and within 2 days I received a call to schedule a phone interview. A day after the phone interview, I was contacted for the in-person interview. The interview process was easy and the interviewer was very pleasant. I was given the ok for hiring as long as the drug test came back negative, which it did. About 4 days later, I was contacted by the District Mgr about the work schedules available: M-F from 6-230pm or overnights (don't remember the time because I did not choose this one). I started the following week. So, it took about 1.5 weeks in total.

I applied online, and in less than a week, I received an email to schedule a virtual interview with HR from Toronto. He asked me how many hours I could work, if I could start at 6 AM, work Monday to Friday, and if I could lift up to 30 lbs. After that, I talked about myself and answered his interview questions. I had the online interview on Friday, and he scheduled my next in-person interview for Tuesday. I went into the store and met with the MET department. He talked about the benefits and the work environment. He only asked again if I could work from 6 AM, and he said that if I get an offer, I would need to sign it and send it back. Two days later, I got the offer.
