Initional phone screen with HR recruiter, the second interview was with a Maintenance manager that was more technical. The third round was an on-site with The HR manager and the General Manager. The Gm was very technical he got straight to the point. And the fourth and final round was with the regional Maintenance Manager, technical , behavioral and resume recap.
