In addition to an interview with the Store Manager and HR Manager, we all received an HR knowledge test, and an inbox test which was very challenging. It basically provided several different events that occurred within in a particular day and we had to respond to each question accordingly and note whether we responded via phone, e-mail, or in person. All questions related to HR or customer service responses.
