The process was acceptable, however I was told I would average 35 hours per week, but average 22 hours. The Generalist told me this and the Asst Manager who was the only female.
Pretty good. They take care of their people but also they will not tell you if you’re doing a good job, which is why most people don’t. Overall not too bad

Asks just a series of questions concerning experience with electrical applications. Pretty easy. You don't need prior experience because they are willing to teach you everything you need and quite frankly, they need all of the helping hands that they can get.

Entrevista
First HR phone interview then Department head interview via video calling. They followed every legal procedure in a very gentle way. Both interview processes took 2 weeks and I was ready to go for work within 3 weeks.
