Today it is a phone interview from corperate and a face to face with district manager who goes throug 17 page list of questions. Like how would you sell this customer a weedeater, or descrbe an example of how you use attention to detail on your last job.

They ask pretty basic questions. It's quite straightforward and easy to answer if you are prepared. The questions ask about teamwork, accuracy, customer service experiences. The result came back pretty quickly.
