You are asked if it is ok to work commission only and the briefly look over your resume. Simple questions are asked like why Home Depot and tell me about your sales experience. No question was a surprise. Very basic.

Interview process is simple. If you have sales experience you are in. You get 2 interviews. They like to hear that you have really good close rate. Both interviews are about sales experience.
