Entrevista
I applied for a specific role and at the interview was greeted and immediately informed that I should consider a totally different role (which I purposely had not applied for). Then spent the rest of the interview constantly explaining why I didn’t want the other position, To add insult to injury they didn’t even have the decency to confirm their decision following the interview after I took the time to attend. I was ghosted and ignored when I followed up.

Quick and touched more on of you have experinece in hospitality etc spoke with manager very proffesional offered drinks snacks interview was no longer then 15 minutes, applied via reference so was not asked to do any online questions

This stage is more about building relationships, ensuring shared goals, and evaluating whether your character and mindset complement the culture they have worked hard to cultivate.
