I was reached out to by a third party firm, TalentFront. I was phone screened and the recruiter couldn't answer the most basic questions about the organization. For example, what the operations are... It was embarrassing for both Talent Front and The Impact Project. I understand the need to outsource recruiting when your organization is starting, but neither the job description nor their website was able to provide any tangible action by this organization. DO NOT WORK HERE.
