Entrevista
Overall the interview process went smoothly. However, at one of their opportunity nights, after their 2 hour pitch I decided I might give them a shot. So, I go upstairs where other agents were speaking with other recruits & R & I began to go over their contract. Now, I’ll admit that throughout the seminar I was already slightly skeptical considering their business model is essentially that of a pyramid scheme. A simple google search will confirm this. After filling most of it out (Name, address, social security number, VISA card info including security code specifically requested by R, not the contract) I mentioned I’d like to take the application home to review it more thoroughly, after all, i was only given a very quick, broad idea of the main points on the contract. So, I wanted to do my due diligence & low and behold, im not allowed. R asked an agent sitting across from us if I could take the contract home & he said no. When I asked him why I couldn’t he pretentiously replied, “because its ours.” I was simply confused. Considering all the info on it was mine, I still don’t understand why I’m not allowed to take time to review the employment contract I WAS SIGNING FOR. There are youtube videos, reddit threads & countless reviews regarding this companies lack of legitimacy, professionalism, & ethics that are all bundled up into a “SYSTEM THATS ALREADY THERE, YOU JUST GOTTA PLUG IN.” Plugging into this “system” consists of using your friends & family for financial gain. I’m not sure what sort of business builds the foundation of their company on the backs of their employees personal relationships; If they are truly mentoring & training anyone, the focus should be on being able to provide the service to ANYONE & everyone rather than on what they call “building a team.” (RECRUITING) They claim to be building leaders but what they’re really building is a human pyramid & they’re looking for more heads to stand on. If you’re even considering working for them, proceed with caution.
They described everything in such a manner that was easy to understand. I loved how they broke down the difference of how they work and how they support part timers and train them. They showed me the vision of opening up my own office, which is achievable in this system and is my goal now. Super excited for them to help me get licensed and help families into homes.
