Contacted by a mutual friend that there was a position open, contacted by HR for phone interview, one on one interview with Executive Chef/Director of Food Services, one on one interview in Inn's Executive Director.

They are always hiring because people are always quitting. They will call you, and set up an appointment with you for a one on one interview with the department manager. The manager talks to you for around 15 minutes and they tell you they'll call you if they need you. Sometimes they'll hire you right on the spot because they are always short staffed.
