O processo levou 4 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa The Investment Association (Bruxelas).
Entrevista
The process involved couple of online interviews and a written test on a recent policy development. Communication was done by third party (headhunter). The interview process included the team leader and HR representative.

The questions were quite broad, ranging from the usual "what makes you qualified" to "how would you deal with X situation". Overall quite straightforward.
