The hiring/interview was fairly average. The first stage of the interview process was a phone interview with the manager to discuss my background, and also a chance for me to ask any questions that I had pertaining to the position. I then was scheduled to come in for a face to face meeting with the manager. After meeting with the manager I was then scheduled to come back and interview with the current staff before being made an offer.
