Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 meses. Fui entrevistado pela The Jewish Education Project em mai. de 2024
Entrevista
In the time between submitting my application to actually getting a response, they modified the position to a part-time, junior one with worse pay (I took it anyways). I had 4 interviews over Zoom, which seemed excessive. All were incredibly warm and friendly. One interviewer spent many, many minutes clarifying a negative assumption she made based on skimming my resume instead of reading it carefully. One interview, by my current supervisor, was so enjoyable, engaging, and enlightening that it was the main factor in my accepting the job.

Entrevista
It was incredibly simple. One interview with two people, then a six week wait, then an offer. They never checked my references, never asked for a work product, and I never met the person who would be my supervisor.

I had to interviews, one over Zoom with one person, another with an HR and two managers. The interviews were fairly complicated. Many technical questions, as well as those on the verge of personal (for instance, they wanted me to share my experiences of growing up in a mixed Jewish/non-Jewish environment). The managers made me feel welcomed, can't say the same about the HR. Really did not like the no-offer email from the HR, It felt extremely generic and not personal. I felt used.
