I did a one-on-one Zoom interview that lasted about 45 minutes, and was asked to participate in a group interview later that week. Both interviews went well, the interviewer was very nice and we were told we'd probably hear from the company either way by the end of the next week. I never heard back; I emailed two weeks later just to check in and never got a response. I was disappointed because I didn't expect that kind of disregard for my time.
