took a meeting in the university a week after the first connection. the interviewer was very nice. the interview was not too long, something around 30 minutes. the interviewer explained the proccess.

Thorough but took a long time to set up. Seems like they are more interested in educational background than experience, but understandable since they are a higher education place, and place a higher value on education.

There were two interviews one with support staff and one with the department lead. Both were held via zoom the first interview was approximately 30 mins and the second was 1 hour.
