The Interview process was smooth and the questions asked were a mix of behavioral and technical. The HR interview was a little more challenging. They are not always transparent with the salary ranges and confess that the salary ranges are person- based when it is an internal promotion. Negotiation was challenging.

Entrevista
On site and gives very friendly panelist. It takes an hour for the interview process to end.
Flexibility for candidates who would want a virtual interview. They give duration and stick to it.
