Quick process in the beginning, with a basic, initial 30-minute interview. This was followed by a panel interview that I created a presentation for two weeks later. However after that second/final interview, I heard nothing. I reached out after over two weeks for them to tell me to keep waiting. Over a month later, I received a no-reply automated rejection notice for the position. I felt frustrated since this type of rejection was cold and did not allow me to reach out for feedback. Overall, a big waste of my time and effort.
