Process took about 3 months until hire. Submitted my application early in the first month, did my phone and virtual interview at the end of the first month, 5 weeks went by until my 2nd interview (3 hour interview- 1 hour each with 3 different faculty), notified of the selection of me as the final candidate of the same week of my second interview, received an offer a week later and began working 3 weeks later. Highly recommend to be confident and believe that you belong and you will do perfectly fine.
