Was interviewed by one of the co-founders. He was very easy to talk to and I'd say the interview was geared towards your background & experience. For example, if you've had experience in OOP, lots of OOP will be asked. If you've learned data structures, data structure questions will be asked. I think the point was to see that you've really learned something in your courses and also in your past work experience. Sounded like a very flat company structure (could be pro or con). Was actually quite surprised not to receive an offer. Only complaint is that I did not hear back after the interview (would have been nice to at least get the rejection email)
