Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela The Jonah Group (Toronto, ON) em fev. de 2016
Entrevista
A recruiter contacted me after I applied online. She was very nice and did her best to help. First, there was an initial phone screening. Then I was invited to code challenge in their office. When I read here from people that they had a great ego and wasn't helping, I didn't believe that much. However now I can confirm that the engineer who was there when I was doing code challenge had a very big ego and that was annoying.

Applied online and had a generic phone interview followed by scheduling an onsite coding challenge. The coding challenge was a Connect 4 disk game in Java that also had simple AI where it just did a random move and they expected you to complete it in an hour without any internet access on their laptop. They themselves have mentioned that they don't expect it to be finished and that they look at the architecture more but that's bull since they do actually expect everything to be done.
If you get an interview with this company and want to succeed it, do whatever it takes to ensure that you can code Connect Four in an hour, whatever it takes.

These guys are elitists. I wouldn't bother applying or interviewing with them unless you are a god. First there is a phone interview, that's fine. Then they want you to come in for a coding challenge. You choose one of the options. Most likely if you didn't practice anything beforehand you won't be able to finish it. They claim they expect that, but don't be fooled. They want you to get it 100% perfectly with all the computer science paradigms you learned in school. They want it done using object-orientation. They want you to comment your code. They want you to use functions. And they want it all done in and hour without use of the internet. Good luck.
