Consisted of multiple phone and in-person interviews, mostly situational type questions. Lots of behavior based questions. I also had to take a lot of assessments that revealed your personality and work environments. Overall it was a really great experience. I am glad that the church cares about who their employees are and will be. The truly want the right person with the right gifts in the right job.
