My concerns are why they mailed me that I am selected for offer and welcomed me aboard when the process was not complete Why it took more than 1.5 weeks to decide they cant onboard me How can they take your test and call you at premises and expect you to perform without a proper induction or information clarifications on requirements being not in place and then ensuring all is working good and this was just a formality HR and director are too lethargic to just pick and give clear picture,they republish job on 20th Dec again then why they responded a week later(that too after 20+follow-ups with no responses)that they cant select me.
