I was approached twice by the judge group , the first interview was for a contract position with roof stock, the recruiter made it clear she was not going to be flexible with my schedule for the interview times . I’m sure if I was offered and accepted the position I could not get away with refusing to be flexible with my schedule. The pay was also laughable. Several months later someone form the judge group reached out for a different position . He was extremely professional, but did ghost me during follow up . I definitely got the feeling this was not going to be a good fit.
